I noticed that Bad Attitude takes the Blind-Fight feat at level 3, and then takes the RDD prestige class, which gains Blind-Fight as a bonus feat at lvl 5. If I were to wish to wait for RDD to grant Blind-Fight, what would you suggest taking instead?

Good spot, and a silly error. What I suggest is that you take IPA earlier and look to take Steadfast Determination after you get Toughness.
