definately waterdeep. i know almost everything about this city 
and by accident, my first computer roleplaying game every was beneath waterdeep, in the undermountain + underdark called Eye of the Beholder 
i think thats why i fell in love with the city.

Honestly. The brilliant modders that have made custom cities in the player made modules should be a factor. I love the elven cities that have been created! But really! I love it all.
