Who is Zehir?

who's that new good in the title? Does he take Chaotic Good followers?

Zehir is the Yuan-ti god of darkness, poison and assassins. He shares a home plane with Tiamat, is either evil or chaotic evil, and there no longer is such a thing as chaotic good in 4th edition, where Zehir originates.

Thanks, so they took a Turkish word and made it into a deity, huh? There aint not chaotic in 4E? Is there still good and evil or are alignments bygones for ever? I'll refrain from hating or loving 4E until I play a game with these rules.

Alignments in 4th are: Lawful Good, Good, Unaligned, Evil, and Chaotic Evil.

Right, but if I understand correctly, Zehir is a new 4th edition Deity.
