Default Exploiting the Team Rush Feat

In my first playthrough it was pure luck that I had an elven rogue/ranger as team leader, which not only gives you lots of skillpoints in almost each category, turns your track and search abilities always on without movement decrease but also makes most teamwork benefits available. Again it was pure luck that I had a single class gray orc (long stride!) monk in the party who moves at much greater speed than the rest of the party. After gaining the teamrush feat, gameplay completely changed also on the world map, where my Ranger/Rogue now was running swiftly through the woods with his newly gained monk speed. For a second playthrough though I do not want to play a monk again since they always look the same, 'cause multiclassing or using weapons is a waste of their talents. Now I´m considering the following „Runner build“:

Gray Orc Shaman:

Barbarian (only 1 level)/Cleric with Plant and Travel Domains (picking the proper 3 Feats at lvl 1,3,6 he`s gonna be a spear wielding, high STR stormlord of course...)

So he´s gonna have the following speed-ups:

Long gait (Gray Orc) +10
Barbarian Fast Movement +10
Fast Movement +10 (Travel Domain)
Woodland Stride +10 outdoors (Plant Domain)

A total of +40 Movement on char lvl 3, same as a pure lvl 14 human monk. Has anyone tested that yet with the team rush feat? Any other ideas? Sure, he could stick to 1 cleric lvl and advance as barbarian to level 5, opening the neverwinter nine prestige class, which would add another +10 in combat (frantic reactions), but I like the „Stormlord-shaman“ idea...

Cleric: 1st class level via Domains:
- Travel 10% (doesn't stack with Barbarian),
- Plant (doesn't stack with Druid or Ranger)

Neverwinter Nine: 3rd class level 10%
Ranger: 7th class level 10% (doesn't stack with Druid or Cleric Domain Plant).
Sacred Fist: 3rd class level (doesn't stack with Monk, rather it progresses as if additional Monk levels were obtained - continuing on as a Monk for the purpose of speed bonuses).
